Location and timings: For Sunday’s concert, please make sure to arrive at the Entrée des artistes (artists’ entrance), which is located on the right-hand side of the Philharmonie building. From there, please ask for the changing rooms for Voices International (they are the same ones as last year for those of you that sang with us). There will be rooms for men and women where you can leave your valuables and change.

13:45 – Arrival
14:00-15:30 – Warm up, positions and dress rehearsal
15:30-16:00 – Break
16:00-16:20 – Photo session and entrance/exit
16:20-17:00 – Backstage prep
17:00-18:30 – Concert (no intermission)

Nationalities: Please note that during the concert, we will not list our nationalities as we have normally done at our concerts. As there will be no speech, we thought we would just show the nationalities on screen (we will revisit this for the June concert!).
Song order: I know the song order has circulated some of the Whatsapp groups but wanted to make sure everyone knew where to access it. You can find the song order here. Please remember that we will be singing without music sheets!
Scarves, ties & pocket squares: these will be given out to you once you are on stage. Please make sure to return them in the designated bags at the end of the concert.
Programs: We will have copies of the programs backstage available for you to take before/after the concert.
